(20 ILCS 405/405-135) Sec. 405-135. Rulemaking for administrative hearing procedure. After consulting with affected State agencies, the Department of Central Management Services may adopt rules to facilitate electronic filing and rules governing practice and procedure in administrative hearings. Agencies that do not use the Department for administrative hearing support shall not be subject to any rulemaking or rules under this Section.
