Emergency rulemaking; Artificial Intelligence Safety Measures Act

Emergency rulemaking; Artificial Intelligence Safety Measures Act. To provide for the expeditious and timely implementation of the Artificial Intelligence Safety Measures Act, emergency rules implementing that Act may be adopted in accordance with Section 5-45 by the Illinois Emergency Management Agency and Office of Homeland Security or any other State agency essential to the implementation of the Act. The adoption of emergency rules authorized by Section 5-45 and this Section is deemed to be necessary for the public interest, safety, and welfare. To provide for the expeditious and timely implementation of Sections 25-120 through 25-120.8 of the Sports Wagering Act, emergency rules implementing Sections 25-120 through 25-120.8 of the Sports Wagering Act may be adopted in accordance with Section 5-45 by the Illinois Gaming Board. The adoption of emergency rules authorized by Section 5-45 and this Section is deemed to be necessary for the public interest, safety, and welfare.     This Section is repealed one year after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 104th General Assembly. Emergency rulemaking; Health Facilities and Services Review Board. To provide for the expeditious and timely implementation of the changes made by this amendatory Act of the 104th General Assembly to Section 13 of the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act, emergency rules may be adopted in accordance with Section 5-45 by the Health Facilities and Services Review Board. The adoption of emergency rules authorized by Section 5-45 and this Section is deemed to be necessary for the public interest, safety, and welfare.     This Section is repealed one year after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 104th General Assembly. Emergency rulemaking; Transportation Network Driver Labor Relations Act. To provide for the expeditious and timely implementation of the Transportation Network Driver Labor Relations Act, emergency rules implementing the Transportation Network Driver Labor Relations Act may be adopted in accordance with Section 5-45 by the Illinois Labor Relations Board, or the Department of Labor, or the Secretary of State. The adoption of emergency rules authorized by Section 5-45 and this Section is deemed to be necessary for the public interest, safety, and welfare.     This Section is repealed one year after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 104th General Assembly.
