(515 ILCS 5/1-117) (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 1-117. Roe-bearing species. "Roe-bearing species" means sturgeon, paddlefish, bowfin, and any other fish listed as such by the Department in an administrative rule.
