Recall of deputy sheriffs; limit

(55 ILCS 5/3-6015.5)     Sec. 3-6015.5. Recall of deputy sheriffs; limit. A deputy sheriff who is retired for disability and is 60 years old or older may not be recalled to service in any capacity.
