Sec. 6-12. Ballot form. The ballots for members of the regional board of school trustees shall be in substantially one of the following forms: OFFICIAL BALLOT FOR SINGLE COUNTY REGIONS For members of the Regional Board of School Trustees (Vote for.... Not more than.... may serve from the same congressional township.)
