(210 ILCS 85/6.14f) Sec. 6.14f. Reports to the trauma registry; certain accidents involving persons under the age of 18 years. A trauma center that treats any person under the age of 18 years for injuries suffered in an accident involving a motor vehicle backing over a child or the power window of a motor vehicle must report the accident to the trauma registry.
