(20 ILCS 605/605-1010) Sec. 605-1010. Agricultural Tourism. To bolster rural economies in Illinois, subject to appropriation, the Department shall develop and implement a statewide strategic plan to increase agricultural tourism. The strategic plan shall explore the promotion of agricultural tourism through access to hotel and motel taxes and the use of websites, brochures, and broadcast advertising.
