(20 ILCS 605/605-750) Sec. 605-750. Posting requirements; Illinois Workforce Innovation Board. The Department must comply with the Internet posting requirements set forth in Section 7.2 of the Illinois Workforce Innovation Board Act. The information must be posted on the Department's Internet website no later than 30 days after the Department receives the information from the Illinois Workforce Innovation Board.
