Penalty

(625 ILCS 45/3-11) (from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 313-11)     Sec. 3-11. Penalty. No person shall at any time:         (a) falsely alter or change in any manner a     certificate of number issued under the provisions hereof;         (b) falsify any record required by this Act;         (c) falsify information on any application to the     Department that is required to be provided to the Department by this Act; or         (d) counterfeit any form of license provided for by     this Act.(Source: P.A. 104-137, eff. 1-1-26.)
