(625 ILCS 5/1-101.15) (This Section may contain text from a Public Act with a delayed effective date) Sec. 1-101.15. Adaptive electric bicycle. An electric bicycle with 2 or more wheels that is designed for and used by a person with a mobility disability, as that term is used under Part 35 of Title 28 of the Code of Federal Regulations (28 CFR 35). "Adaptive electric bicycle" does not include a motorized wheelchair.
