(625 ILCS 5/11-317) (This Section may contain text from a Public Act with a delayed effective date) Sec. 11-317. Motor driven cycle prohibition signage. On any highway, bicycle lane, bicycle path, shared-use path, off-road bicycle trail or natural surface trail designated for bicycle use, or any other bicycle-specific facility established under State or local law for which use of motor driven cycles has been prohibited under Section 11-1403.4, the State or local government entity having jurisdiction shall place permanent signage or pavement markings that notify users that operation of motor driven cycles is strictly prohibited.
