Sec. 8-10-25.
In the event of a conflict between the application of this Division 10 of Article 8 and the application of "An Act concerning municipalities, counties and other political subdivisions", enacted by the 85th General Assembly, the provisions of "An Act concerning municipalities, counties and other political subdivisions" shall prevail.
