Rail safety recommendation report

(70 ILCS 3615/5.15)     Sec. 5.15. Rail safety recommendation report. The Authority, the Chicago Transit Authority, and the Commuter Rail Division shall issue an annual report on or before December 31 of each year containing all rail safety recommendations made by the National Transportation Safety Board during the previous 12 months and the status of the Authority's, the Chicago Transit Authority's, and the Commuter Rail Division's implementation of those recommendations, including for any recommendations within the Authority's extraterritorial authority, if any.
