Force and effect of order

(735 ILCS 5/12-802) (from Ch. 110, par. 12-802)

    Sec. 12-802. Force and effect of order. A deduction order entered under Part 8 of Article XII of this Act shall have the force and effect and be enforceable as a judgment.
