Defenses to actions

(740 ILCS 174/32)     Sec. 32. Defenses to actions. It shall be a defense to any action brought under this Act that the retaliatory action was predicated solely upon grounds other than the employee's exercise of any rights protected by this Act. (Source: P.A. 103-867, eff. 1-1-25.)
