Sec. 805-265. Public utility easement on Tunnel Hill Bicycle Trail. The Department has the power to grant a public utility easement in the Saline Valley Conservancy
District on the Tunnel Hill Bicycle Trail for construction and maintenance of a waterline, subject to terms and conditions determined by the Department.
