(820 ILCS 275/40) Sec. 40. Jurisdiction over persons. The courts of this State have jurisdiction to bind: (1) State residents; and (2) non-residents having minimum contacts with this State to the extent permitted by Section 2-209 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
