(20 ILCS 3501/825-106) Sec. 825-106. Transportation project financing. For the purpose of financing a transportation project undertaken under the Public-Private Partnerships for Transportation Act, the Authority is authorized to apply for an allocation of tax-exempt bond financing authorization provided by Section 142(m) of the United States Internal Revenue Code, as well as financing available under any other federal law or program.
