(25 ILCS 130/8A-21) Sec. 8A-21. Mothers' lactation and wellness room. The Architect of the Capitol, in conjunction with the Board of the Office of the Architect of the Capitol and the Secretary of State, shall designate at least one mothers' lactation and wellness room in the State Capitol Building, the Howlett Building, and the Stratton Building.
