Sec. 8.7. If a provision of P.L.224-2003 is found by a court with jurisdiction to be in violation of Article 4, Section 23 of the Constitution of the State of Indiana, it is the intent of the general assembly that the provision be given general application. As added by P.L.220-2011, SEC.3.
