Uses of the money in the fund

Sec. 3. The department shall use money in the fund to pay for costs incurred by the department for training and purchasing equipment for the investigation of offenses: (1) that involve the use of the Internet; and (2) in which a child is the alleged victim. As added by P.L.165-2021, SEC.135.
