Training program supervision; subjects

Sec. 2. (a) The training program courses shall be conducted under the supervision and direction of the superintendent. (b) The training programs must include courses of instruction in the following subjects: (1) Detection, pursuit, apprehension, and conviction of criminals. (2) Safety and first aid assistance.
