Establishment

Sec. 2. (a) The criminal justice data division is established within the department. (b) The division is under the administrative control and jurisdiction of the superintendent. (c) The superintendent may: (1) staff the division with personnel necessary for its efficient operation; and (2) adopt rules to carry out the purposes of this chapter.
