"Request"

Sec. 19. As used in this chapter, "request" means asking for release or inspection of a limited criminal history by noncriminal justice organizations or individuals in a manner that: (1) reasonably ensures the identification of the subject of the inquiry; and (2) contains a statement of the purpose for which the information is requested.
