Sec. 12. DNA samples for the Indiana DNA data base must be collected in a medically approved manner by one (1) of the following: (1) A physician. (2) A registered nurse. (3) A licensed vocational nurse. (4) A licensed clinical laboratory technologist. (5) Any other person trained to collect DNA samples properly.
