Expulsion; grounds; statement to court

Sec. 12. (a) A participant may be expelled from boot camp if program personnel find the participant: (1) has committed misconduct under rules adopted by the department; or (2) has failed to adapt to the boot camp regimen and program. (b) If a participant is expelled from boot camp, the department shall submit to the sentencing court a statement describing the circumstances leading to the expulsion of the participant.
