"Confined"

Sec. 6. "Confined" has the same meaning as "committed" except it does not refer to any part of: (1) parole; (2) a minimum security assignment to a program requiring periodic reporting to a designated official; or (3) intermittent service of a term of imprisonment; that does not entail imprisonment in a correctional or penal facility.
