Purpose

Sec. 2. The purpose of the bureau is to assist the constantly increasing number of aged in: (1) maintaining self-sufficiency and personal well-being with the dignity to which the years of labor entitle the person; and (2) realizing the aged person's maximum potential as a creative and productive individual.
