Monthly payments; warrants

Sec. 10. (a) The assistance shall be paid monthly to: (1) the recipient; or (2) the administrator of the county home if the local administrative unit designated by the division so designates; upon warrant of the auditor of state from money appropriated to the division for that purpose. (b) The auditor of state shall draw the warrants based upon a verified schedule of the recipients and the amount payable to each recipient, prepared and verified by the director of the division in accordance with awards made by the division.
