requests; pilot program for special service review teams Sec. 4.6. (a) Not later than September 1, 2022, the task force shall make recommendations to the legislative council regarding: (1) current trends related to health and safety requests for the community integration habilitation Medicaid waiver or any other service; and (2) the feasibility of the division establishing a pilot program to create special service review teams to assist families or individuals in a crisis situation to identify available resources and sources of assistance. The recommendations must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6. (b) This section expires January 1, 2024. As added by P.L.114-2022, SEC.18.
