Registration at employment and training office

Sec. 26. (a) To be eligible for assistance under this article, a parent or an essential person must register at the parent's or essential person's local employment and training office: (1) when the person first applies for assistance; and (2) each time the person reapplies for assistance. (b) Assistance shall be denied to a person who does not comply with subsection (a). As added by P.L.46-1995, SEC.26.
