Cemetery expenses payment

Sec. 2. Unless otherwise determined by the director, in addition to the amount paid under section 1 of this chapter, not more than eight hundred dollars ($800) shall be paid for the cemetery's expenses for the following: (1) To cover provision of burial rights if necessary. (2) Opening and closing a burial plot and provision of an outer container. (3) Service required by the cemetery authorities.
