Services at hospitals licensed under IC 16-21; rates established

under rules Sec. 1. Payment of a service provided in a hospital licensed under IC 16-21 shall be determined in accordance with a payment rate for the service that is established under rules adopted under IC 4-22-2 by the secretary in conjunction with the office.
