Sec. 5. (a) A contractor with the state under this chapter may subcontract a part of the contract, subject to the approval of the office and the Indiana department of administration. (b) A subcontract may not extend beyond the term of the contract. (c) A contractor shall furnish information concerning the following: (1) The amount of the subcontract. (2) The qualifications of the subcontractor for guaranteeing performance.
