"Facility"

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "facility" means a facility licensed under IC 12-28-5 and certified under Title XIX of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396 et seq.) as an intermediate care facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
