Sec. 11. (a) The secretary shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to implement the program. (b) The secretary may adopt emergency rules under IC 4-22-2-37.1 to implement the program on an emergency basis.
(c) A rule adopted before April 15, 2016, by the office of children's health insurance program is transferred to the office of the secretary. As added by P.L.273-1999, SEC.177. Amended by P.L.35-2016, SEC.53.
