Certification of comprehensive addiction recovery centers;

grant program Sec. 1. The division shall establish: (1) a comprehensive addiction recovery center certification for eligible entities that meet the requirements of this chapter; and (2) a comprehensive addiction recovery center grant program for the purpose of assisting in the establishment or operation of comprehensive addiction recovery centers.
