Sec. 3. (a) Notice of a hearing under this chapter shall be given to all of the following: (1) The individual. (2) The petitioner. (3) The superintendent or the chief executive officer of a facility having care or custody of the individual. (b) The notice required by subsection (a) must state the time, place, and date of the hearing.
