Health center administrator; duties; membership on board of

managers Sec. 16. (a) The administrator: (1) is the chief executive and administrative officer of the health center; (2) shall serve as secretary of the board of managers; and (3) shall perform all duties and functions of administrator as provided by law under the direction and supervision of the board of managers.
