Sec. 2. The division shall administer the following programs: (1) Programs established under any of the following statutes: (A) This article. (B) IC 12-10. (2) Programs under IC 12-30, to the extent the division has responsibilities for programs under IC 12-30. (3) Medicaid waivers for in-home services for treatment of medical conditions.
