Sec. 3. (a) Beginning December 1, 2021, the division shall submit annually: (1) a summary of the dementia strategic plan; and (2) a report concerning outcomes from implementation of the dementia strategic plan; to the general assembly. (b) The dementia strategic plan and report required under subsection (a) must be submitted in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6. As added by P.L.36-2021, SEC.1.
