"Industrial pretreatment permit"

Sec. 109. "Industrial pretreatment permit", for purposes of IC 13-18-20, refers to a permit issued by the state to an industry discharging to a publicly owned treatment works that: (1) meets the criteria in 327 IAC 5-13-2(f); and (2) has been approved by the commissioner in accordance with 327 IAC 5-13-4.
