Sec. 128.7. "Mercury fever thermometer", for purposes of IC 13-20-17.5, means a mercury-added product that: (1) is a thermometer or another medical or scientific instrument; and (2) is used for measuring body temperature. As added by P.L.225-2001, SEC.8.
