"Natural resources"

Sec. 137. "Natural resources", for purposes of IC 13-25-4, means: (1) land; (2) fish; (3) wildlife; (4) biota; (5) air; (6) water; (7) ground water; (8) drinking water supplies; and (9) other similar resources; belonging to, managed by, held in trust by, appertaining to, or otherwise controlled by, the state.
