"Assistance"

Sec. 14. "Assistance", for purposes of IC 13-14-10-3, means supplies, materials, services, and equipment to: (1) prevent the discharge of any contaminant; or (2) control, contain, isolate, neutralize, remove, store, or dispose of any contaminant already discharged into or on the air, land, or waters of Indiana.
