"Pesticide"

Sec. 159. "Pesticide", for purposes of IC 13-25-6, includes a substance or a combination of substances commercially produced for use as: (1) an insecticide; (2) a rodenticide; or (3) a nematodicide. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-6-2-8.] As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.1.
