Sec. 16.5. "Automobile scrapyard", for purposes of this chapter, means a business organized for any of the following purposes: (1) Processing scrap metal. (2) Wrecking automobiles. (3) Operating a junkyard. As added by P.L.170-2006, SEC.3. Amended by P.L.112-2016, SEC.2.
