"Program"

Sec. 172. "Program", for purposes of IC 13-23, refers to an underground storage tank and aboveground storage tank release: (1) detection; (2) prevention; and (3) correction; program created in accordance with the requirements of IC 13-23 or IC 13-7-20 (before its repeal).
