Sec. 179.8. "Recycled plastic" means products that are produced from: (1) mechanical recycling of preconsumer recovered feedstocks or plastics, and postconsumer plastics; or (2) advanced recycling of preconsumer recovered feedstocks or plastics, and postconsumer plastics via mass balance attribution under a third party certification system.
