"Removal costs"

Sec. 188. "Removal costs", for purposes of IC 13-24-2, includes all of the following: (1) Costs to: (A) prevent; (B) minimize; or (C) mitigate; oil pollution from an oil discharge. (2) Other costs necessary to: (A) minimize; or (B) mitigate; damage to public health or welfare related to an oil discharge.
